When do I need to order by?
Order by Wednesday at 11:59pm to pick up that Saturday.
Where and when is pick-up?
Saturdays from 10am to 12pm in Burnaby Heights. The exact address is in your confirmation email. If that time doesn’t work, pick-up needs to be arranged with us in advance.
How do I pay?
You’ll get a confirmation email within 24 hours of ordering, with the payment details. Please pay within 24 hours of that email to secure your order.
Do you have vegan or allergy-friendly options?
Look for the Vegan tag on the menu. All our cookies are made in a kitchen that may contain dairy, eggs, wheat, soy and tree nuts.
Can I change or cancel my order?
All sales are final once your order is confirmed.
Do you do events, gifts or bulk orders?
